That's not in the TreeRowStructure. You can, however, extend the TreeFolder class and override the getIndentSymbol method. You'll see in TreeFolder that that method displays the appropriate plus/minus symbol if the folder either has content or if the property alwaysShowPlusMinusSymbol is true. You could have it check a different property in addition, or always leave out the plus/minus symbol.
