AFAIK, there's been no significant change in > that code in a long time. > > Derrelll I think this problem relates to the fix of bug #190: <http://bugzilla.qooxdoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=190>. Maybe we have to disable the workaround for synchronous calls but I don't know whether this could crash IE.
