Howdy, there currently is initial support in Aptana for the qooxdoo 0.7 class definition. Available (at least in the nightly builds, make sure to enable such updates) is an outline view for each opened class file, that shows (and lets you navigate to) the typical sections like extend, statics, members, etc.
Good news is that there will be much more improved support for qooxdoo in Aptana. :-) We are actively collaborating with the Aptana people on this subject, currently figuring out some details. I expect to see some excellent qooxdoo support in the near future.
