The problem is that when you use a source build the sdk has to be
addressable as well so what probably is happening is that your webserver
is looking for the Qooxdoo-SDK in the wrong place.
Take a look at your web server access log and you will find a bunch of
404 and then you will know where to drop the Qooxdoo-SDK.
