Is that the real source code that you have shown us? Why do you have all the qooxdoo include statements in your html file? If you copy the skeleton application and use the build system you won't need any of those - they are created automatically by the qooxdoo compiler. You don't want it hardcoded anyway - the order of the included files might be automatically changed because of dependencies.
