unfortunately I am not able to provide you with any information about the
structure. The description Petr replied to this post is more than I knew ;)

The generated file was more of a workaround, due to the fact that we didn't
found any working solution that could handle qooxdoo 0.7.x projects.

I am not using eclipse anyway, it's my colleague that uses eclipse. He's using
eclipse with the Aptana plugin. I think he is currently not even using the code
assist file anymore.
The generated code assist file is however a _great_ improvement if anyone with
no qooxdoo experience wants to start developing (with eclipse/aptana)!

To cut a long story short, I can not provide any further info at the moment.
But I will try to.
