This article does a nice job of describing the concept of packages.  I don't
see, however, details on how to define the "parts".  How does one actually
use the "packages" key?

Also, this article implies that in 0.8, contrary to the 0.7 documentation,
the application need not manually request the additional packages with
qx.io.Request but rather that magic happens automatically.  Am I inferring
correctly?  How does that magic work?  (A pointer to the code that deals
with it would do if a full explanation is too much to handle.)
