qooxdoo-contrib project RpcExample. The last tab implements a remote
table. The last method in source/class/rpcexample/Application.js creates
the table and instantiates a remote data model. The remote data model
class itself is in source/class/rpcexample/RemoteDataModel.js. The
server side (backend) for this example is in the qooxdoo-contrib project
RpcPhp and can be found under 1.0.1/services/qooxdoo/remoteTableTest.php
