Interestingly, the application/x-javascript mime type is not defined by
iana.org, which can be seen in their documentation at
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/
However, app/js is also not defined - not even the app/ prefix is
defined. Also of note is that text/javascript and text/ecmascript are
shown but have been marked as obsolete.
So, in this instance, Apache gets it correct with its default mime type
setting for Javascript files - application/javascript is the right way
to go!
