qx.log.appender.Native is just the class emitting the deprecation warning.
You shouldn't blame the messenger for the message. The cause for the
warning is in your code, and the warnings are only shown in the source
version. But when you speak about "cutting down on console-noise" what you
are really asking for is turning off deprecation warnings. But I'm not
sure this will help you in the run long, as all those places in your code
will stop working with the next release. Most people appreciate being
informed about that, so they have a chance to amend. But YMMV. Your best
chance currently to get rid of deprecation warnings is to set qx.debug to
off, but this will deprive you of *all* debug messages, not just
deprecation warnings.
