Hi Thomas,
I can confirm that the changes you did for for Bug #4045 [1] in SVN 1.2.x
branch[1] fixed this issue.
- "generate source" => combined images are used by the compiled script
- "generate build" => combined images are copied and
combined images are used by the compiled script
