one scenario would be call center environments where the
'specialists' get access to some diagnostic tools running on the/a
server

another would be 'appliancse' where to users get access to cli
tools runnig on the appliance without having to ssh there ...

the trick is that it is realy simple to add additional tools ... no
qooxdoo hacking required at all ... its all configured on the
server side ...
