hey guys, thats a lot for your help. You where right, that it was the server config. In the further versions there was an .htaccess file in the script folder which tells the server to handle .js as php code. I have not mentioned the file cause it was hidden, and I've to work on a project which I've not written so I do not know each file. Not yet ;)
