I don't think there are any particular concerns there, regarding links into
the thesis. The biggest problem is that it isn't generated with any entry
points that would open the thesis to the appropriate page. It's possible
that some of the information could be extracted and then added to the
qooxdoo wiki.

Yes, although I've not yet personally had a need for that. Some of the
examples of indexedDB, IIRC, discussed that possibility. It's certainly
easy to do using LIBERATED: selecting whether to issue requests to the
local (simulated) server or the remote one is a matter of toggling one
variable.

There were some minor changes made to either qooxdoo 1.5, I believe, that
were required for LIBERATED. If you're running 1.5 or later, I believe
LIBERATED should work well.

BTW, I'm beginning to fill out the LIBERATED wiki. So far, I've just copied
some stuff from elsewhere, but I hope to be filling in the "how to use it"
section in the near future.
