Hello,
I am developing a qooxdoo mobile application. I use several navigation
pages, html5 canvas objects and html tables.
My problem is, that the performance on android devices is rather poor. The
delay for page transitions is sometimes more than a second. (Tested on a
Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 with Android 4.0.3).
I also created a small android application using a WebView to load the
qooxdoo page. The performance there is even worse than in the native
browser.
I played with several settings, but nothing really helped, until I
deactivated the hardware acceleration. This increased the performance
noticeably (2-3 times faster!). The only problem is, that the page
transitions and the scrolling aren't as smooth as before.
Is this a common issue?
Is there a way to speed up the application when the hardware acceleration is
active?

Thanks,
Michael
