I've added this snippet

into the config of my contrib.
My main project uses this contrib so I was expecting to include that script
into my html file, but was not included. If I put this part into my main
project it works (of course with the updated uri).
It's there any way to use from the contrib, so the project doesn't have to
care about adding the add-script?
