Hi Mario, I have never heard about this problem before.
Did not know that iPad Air does have a different browser or OS version than iPad 4 does. We tested qx.Mobile on iPhone 5s, and everything works fine. Which version of qx.Mobile do you use? Can you submit your OS version?
