which qooxdoo version do you use?
The UploadMgr is according to the manifest file compatible
with version 3.5, 3.0, 2.1, 2.0, 1.6.1, 1.6 and 1.5.

Have you tried your scenario with the qooxdoo playground:

I just get an "cannot read property 'Inline' of undefined" error. This

qooxdoo mobile. At least thats my guess at the moment.

And if not, is there any other way you know of (library maybe) to
perform an upload of an image while getting progess feedback and
success events throughout the process?
