Yes, I assume you are using Qpack v2.2 (stable version), if so you just have to modify your Q.SENSOR_RESPONSE to include the following field:
Q.SENSOR_RESPONSE.F_SWITCHING = [+df -df ]; where df is your frequency throw. Which sign to use in front of each of the elements depend on which frequency is considered "reference" in your measurement.
