After refreshing as fast as possible for half a minute, I was able to reproduce the refresh bug! I think it was a race condition and I have hopefully fixed it in revision 341. (And this can't happen in future branch because it is quite a bit more elegant about the rendering...) So hopefully 0.3 can be released with one bug less...
