Hello,
the error message "Could not load plug-in for file PS!" means that the
plug-in itself could not be loaded and hence the problem should be there
with every PostScript file. Can you load any other PostScript files?
Could you also try to run qpdfview in a terminal so that we can have a
look at any error messages it might generate?
