qpdfview 0.4.16 on OpenSuSE Leap 42.2 File -> Print -> Options -> Extended options allows for Page Set All|Even|Odd pages confirmed with Print or Cancel Can the Page Set option be changed back to All from Even or Odd without printing? Otherwise it stays at Odd or Even unless you remember to change it before the next print job requiring All pages.
