Description changed to: Hi guys. I am a complete newbie to Lubuntu, so please excuse my inability to do this basic task of updating a program. I'm using qpdf version 0.14.7.99 and would like to update to 0.14.8. I have downloaded latest the dot tz file and extracted it. What do i need to do now to update?
