Is it possible to add ctrl+shift+s? When I open a pdf file from my email client I want to save it in a certain location. For me it's the easiest way to use ctrl+shift+s. After all this shortcut is used in so many onther programs these days. Just for consistencies sake ... Thunderbird saves it in a temporary location.
