No it needs to be done in both... if you close something in one language only then clone the JIRA for the
other language. If you do it for both then just close the JIRA.

This is part of QPID-17 which I am working on.

We are doing pretty well on JMS compliance. The major outstanding item
is message selectors which we have discussed at some length on the
list. I will raise a Jira for it. We also need queue browsing which
has been discussed before and I think will "come out in the wash" with
our content class redesign proposal.
