BTW, if anyone has any comments on this process, please speak up!
This was one of the big issues discussed when the qpid proposal was
being voted on. At that time, I wasn't sure how this was going to
work out, but I felt that this is what incubation is all about: to
work out the kinks that don't seem Apache-like. So, this is the time
to start paying attention to how it's working out, so that we've got
it completely right before graduation. Anyone with any ideas or
comments shouldn't be shy over the next few months.

Cliff

P.S. I hear (mentioned to me at ApacheCon) that the Tuscany folks are
discussing this topic as well. It would be good to see how things are
working for them and what changes they have made or intend to make
before graduation.

You can sign a RLA, located at
http://www.redhat.com/solutions/specifications/amqp/ among other
locations which
will give you access to review and comment on the spec. To become a
"committer" on the spec, you get voted in by the
spec PMC on your understanding of the spec and contribution merit to the
spec, or the company that you work for
can also join.

To make it simple RLA's can be faxed to me.

Carl.
