This test seems to go into an endless loop.
Also it would seem that it needs two brokers to be running to test the
failover? There is no documentation on how to correctly run this test, so a
little investigation and documentation writing needs to be done for it. If it
can't be easily run as part of a fully automated test suite then move it
somewhere else.
