AMQConnection#Stop throws NotImplementedException

AMQConnection#Stop throws NotImplementedException. The #Start method is
implemented and starts threads for each channel. The #Stop method should
cleanly shut these down but work on it has obviously not been completed.
Complete the implementation of the #Stop method.
