VMPipeTransportConnection connection does not correctly configure Mina

The VMPipeTransportConnection currently manually adds our Pooling Filter to the
Mina filter chain.
This is causes a problem as Mina has a default ThreadModel that can cause the
execution through the filter chain with our Pooling filter can be out of order.
The correct method would be to set the thread model to our ReadWriteThreadModel
