perftest options have changed, see perftest --help for details.
perftest now does multi-publisher, handles unconfirmed mode properly in all modes (shared, fanout, topic) and allows multiple queues/topics in shared & topic mode respectively. I had to change the option names to get a consistent, reasonably sensible set with no conflicts.
