Fix Version/s: M2.1
Integration and pure unit test types have been split into separate modules.
Executable for integration style tests not created, and may not be, but
separate target in the nant build has been created, so there is at least a way
to run all integration style tests from one place.
This split between unit and integration tests will likely be further refined as
other .Net Jiras are worked on.
