Will be annoying to be forced to run them on *every* build so add an option to
the test runner, so that a maven profile can be created that must be invoked
(or not) to run (or not) these tests.
Does not use an in-vm broker, but forks an external one instead. Important as
other JUnits do in-vm, but do not test the real transport. These tests do run
over the proper Mina socket transport.
