qpid-1.0-incubating-M2-cpp-src.tar.gz.

I took a look inside the java src distro which I built from the source
checkout, namely "qpid-1.0-incubating-M3-SNAPSHOT-src.zip", and that
distro does have the client example classes and the running script
included.
