To build at all you need to svn co cpp specs, to run the full broker
test suite you also need svn co python.

Clearly this is not well enough indicated - can you suggest what would
have saved you from this confusion - e.g. clearer README or better messages
from ./configure. If you can suggest some text I'll update.
