It seems that the apt repo still has ruby version, 1.8.6.111 on which the
failure occurs. However, we tried ruby version 1.8.6.114 on which this
failure did not occur. Please download from the website and install. Please
note that if you upgrade from a previous version of Ubuntu, your ruby
libraries are most likely to be replaced.
