Absolutely! In fact, the Ruby client is one of the less fully
developed ones so having another contributor to it would be a big help
to the Qpid project.

Excellent, that is great experience. I am sure we would all be
interested in your thoughts on the API design for messaging in dynamic
languages.

To be honest I am not sure how widely used the current Ruby client is.
Therefore I think there is some scope for breaking changes if people
can agree that the current API is sub-optimal. I am not sure what a
"code block" is since I am not a Ruby developer so I can't really
comment on that approach.
