If you click on the "Subversion Commits" tab you should see a fairly complete
description of exactly how it can be (and in fact was) improved. ;)
Seriously though, other than the commits already recorded against this JIRA, I
have no immediate plans to mess with the 0-10 codec, so we can probably just
close this for now.
