Currently we have two profiles for the cpp broker, one for the sync store and
one for the async store. As the sync store is not supported anymore I would
suggest with use a single test profile for cpp.
We should also use a profile when messages are not pre-fetched. This is
important as some tests can only be run under this profile. This profile exists
in CC so we should move it from CC to the java root.
