Summary:
The C++ interop_runner in trunk currently does not build. It has been disabled
because it has not been updated to use the amqp 0.10 libraries. This means that
we are unable to validate interoperability between C++ and other languages as
were before.
Upgrading the C++ interop_runner would allow the test framework to be run
against the C++ Broker with Java and C++.
