Summary:
AMQQueues create a new ReferenceCountingExecutorService which is not cleanly
shutdown. This will result in processes that create an AMQQueue instance not
exiting.
Suggestion:
Add a stop method to the queue which can then be called as part of the broker
shutdown code.
