yea, i debated that, but I want to clean up the queueOptions with one commit,
thus put them together.
note that ring queue went in as a separate item, and will most likely put
replay queue & multi consumer queue in as their own JIRAs. - more to deal with
doc issues.
if LVQ commit increases in size in my diff, I will break it out
