Description:
The broker currently uses Apache Commons Configuration 1.2, which is nearly 3
years old. We should update to 1.4.
To do this, need to introduce the later ACC jars on your own checkout in the
lib dir and:
ant clean
ant
and test
and check for failures
Post to list with questions & with patch.
