C# client does not authenticate to broker when SSL client auth is required

The c# client allows to specify a x509 certificate but however it does not
authenticate with a broker when SSL client auth is required. This is most
certainly because the broker requires a client public key. However, I haven't
found a way of specify the public key to be used by the SSL c# library.
