Yes, QPID-1420 has been fixed. I'm reviewing the other M4 JIRAs now. If
there's nothing too scary in the list I'll make a beta.
I think there are probably few more JIRAs that should be resolved before
we call anything beta, e.g.:
QPID-1454
QPID-1420
QPID-1415
QPID-1414
QPID-1391
I'll make a release anyway though so that we can check for issues with
the distribution artifacts.
