Summary:
Our PoolingFilter (Async Read/Write PoolingFilter) appear to be shared between
the client and broker when running InVM. The log snippet on QPID-1425 shows two
threads from the same pool operating on the client and the broker. Also there
appears to be a significant > 800ms period where no logging was created right
after a destroy was called on the PoolingFilter.
