There is already a JIRA for that in relation to use on Linux. If its the same
issue, they are there but just not in view as the dialogue is too small. Hit
tab in the last field and it will go to the connect button where you can hit
enter.
Its an odd problem, i only see it ocassionally. so I think it must be related
to the system font size, wIll look into that.
