No, the same mail client is repeatedly downloading the same email messages.
It happens regardless of the other client at home.

C'mon guys, I am not stupid.  I have worked in the ISP industry for over 5
years as a Sendmail administrator.  I know how POP3 works.  That is why I
cannot figure out where this is happening.  I honestly am starting to think
that it is a client issue combined with slowdowns/outages on the network due
to backups.  If the Outlook client looses connectivity to the server, then
reestablishes, it re-downloads everything without checking to see if it
already has it.

I come in, there are 4 of the -same- message (same timestamp, even) setting
in the inbox from last Friday.  THAT is the issue.
