First off, I want to apologize for the recent difficulties. The list server has been down for several days, and prior to that there were two incidents (on Monday and Tuesday) where mail loops sent duplicate messages to some recipients (those above a certain point on the list).
Things should be back to normal now, but you may see a few duplicate messages (fewer than three) because of the way things were restored.
