check_delivery plugin error

I've tried the check_devlivery plugin from Skaag

I�ve get the following error

 check_delivery plugin: WARNING: ./dot-qmail-exists.pl either does not
exist, is not executable by qpsmtpd or is not suid.

Anyone?
