All except for the recursion where run_hooks logs, so I have a little
cruftiness in Qpsmtpd.pm ensuring that we don't fall into recursion holes.

Not real well tested <giggle> but I at least remembered the attachment for
this email.

My example plugins unpack into logging/stdout and logging/syslog. Typical
usage would then be:

logging/syslog unix
logging/stdout 5

Where 'inet' is the syslog's default, 'unix' and 'stream /path/to/stream'
and the '5' arg for stdout is just like the entry in config/loglevel.
